Nothing beats going in store and trying out our beds for yourself – bounce, squish and roll on as many as you like. Try a lot of different combinations too (spring tension, filling, size) and work out what’s best for you.



TAKE YOUR TIME

Finding the perfect bed doesn’t happen instantly. So there’s no need to rush. Test each bed for at least 10 minutes (with your partner, if you share). Try and get into your normal sleeping position and turn over a couple of times to see if it feels right.

NORRKOPING beds come in four different spring tensions – soft, medium, firm and extra firm. But we can combine two tensions for each side of your bed. Perfect for when you and your partner are different statures.

Here’s a quick guide to finding the right spring tension.

Up to 11 stone (70kg): Soft
11-16 stone (70-102kg): Medium
16-20 stone (102-127kg): Firm
Above 20 stone (127kg): Extra Firm

Mattress and bedding items packed with plastic film and cardboard boxes,then they will be packed into wooden pallet for safe transportation. If your item is damaged on arrival, please get in touch.

We are not currently able to offer gift wrapping.

Our mattress is proudly made in China. If a particular size is out of stock, we will work around the clock for you. Sometimes this leads to a slight delay in delivery. To ensure you know when to expect your items, one of our team will let you know the lead time.

Our mattress and bedding items are made in China, and we carry stock of all the main sizes. However, a specific size may need to be ordered for you, so it can take longer to arrive. In this situation, our team will always advise you as soon as they receive your order and it’s ready for despatch. If your item is urgent, please add a note in the comments box when you place your order,or contact us directly via email.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Following this email, within 1-3 days, depending on the day the order has been placed, you will receive confirmation your order is being processed, and we will contact you to advise a despatch date. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging (unless faulty or misdescribed),and the return shipping cost will be borne by you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order items (unless faulty or misdescribed).

To return or exchange an item bought online, please email info@norrkopings.com with your order number, and we will email details about how to return it. Please return your item within 14 days of letting us know.

We aim to process refunds 3-5 days after receipt of the goods. If you have not received your refund confirmation within 7 days, please get in touch.
